If you weren’t taking the cheaper medication and saving money for your benefit or taxpayers before you have to justify why all of a sudden you can take a significantly cheaper medication and will remain on the less expensive medication. If you have leukaemia you also have oncology visits, scans, etc.

I am the US, applying for EE. I received Furtherance request letter for additional sputum test - the first Canada panel doctor that I went to doesn't have authorization to order a sputum test. He told me to contact a pulmonologist and get it done and send the reports to him. When I enquired about the pulmonologists around me that charge around $300 just for the appointment. i think charges are too high! How much was the average charge for you get this additional tests done in USA ? Whats the best possible way to get this done ?

In my case , when i was in Singapore, it the same thing . it around 200-300 USD if I remember. I do not think there is some other ways to get it done other than visit anyone who specializes in respiratory diseases...

I received my AOR on aug 7, 2020 and my application was cancelled for being incomplete on oct 1,2020 because of PCC, which I have corrected and uploaded a new PCC and requested a reconsideration on my application. I am still waiting on the reconsideration decision.
Now on Oct 6, 2020, I got a copy of my medical report from my PP which says:

Lung fields: Abnormal
Nodule right upper lobe
Minor findings (sometimes associated with TB infection):
Solitary Granuloma (<1cm and of any lobe) with an unremarkable hilum (3.1) Yes
Findings sometimes seen in active TB or other conditions:
Multiple/single pulmonary nodules/micro-nodules (non-calcified or poorly defined) (4.2) Yes
Grading: B
Grading CT chest recommended.
"
Then I contacted my PP on the same day Oct 6, 2020 and he recommended me to do the CT scan and he will send the requisition. Idk if this CT scan was recommended for my application or only for my health reasons?
Idk IRCC has not communicated anything to me, maybe, because my application was already cancelled as incomplete on Oct 1 and the medical reports were generated only Oct 6, 2020.
Please suggest me what should i do next?
Should I just wait for the reconsideration decision?
or submit a new application and wait for IRCC for furtherance on medical?
OR do the Ct scan and then only submit a new application?
on top of all of these this covid 19 has slowed down all the process especially the medical process.

hello, I am not really sure what to answer regarding if you need to wait or what, but my suggestion is go ahead and do what your physician asks you to do to clear your medical as soon as possible.

Then i had sputum test and repeated xray..
Results are negative nd no changes in xray...
Now 2nd time again receive email for further test.... I m worried now....
I had tb in 2014 ... I already told it to my doctor.... Can anyone reply why i again receive mail for further test when i already negative reports of sputum test???

I would assume IRCC just wants to make sure you are clear ..just clarify with your doctor what tests needs to be done..

Hey I had my Medical done May 30, 2021 and today 27 June 2021 I received and email from IRCC for further Medical. So I will arrange an appointment with my panel physician for the Medical and I keep you posted everyone.
Hey prince. Today is monday so you have to make an appoinment with the panel physician and when you ll called mention them that you got the furtherance from the embassy related to your medical.
I dont think so that you need to go through some medication i think you ll be cleared from this.
