Furtherance letter for medical exam

Could you please update on your Medical status?
I may face the same situations as in my medical report shown below :

Gents a quick update from my side. I uploaded my daughters furtherance letter on 12 Dec 2019 and my profile was updated on 13th Dec 2019 and it shows medical passed on 13 Dec 2019.
