0008001007460 it is their toll free number u can call them after 7pm and ask for the details they will give details u r account is funded or not and they dont have the info about u r gic so they asked me to mail them with all the details as given below i have mailed them on 15/11/2013 at 1:50am in mid nite and got the gic evening at 10 pm
