Funded GIC on 25 OCT(friday) ..STILL not RECEIVED GIC certificate !!

Hey guys, I got my GIC on 13th November. It took 12 working days. I gave them a call on this number 0018777000043. The guy said that I should expect an email from then and in 4 hours I got my certificate. I filed for my visa on 16th.

i am still waiting for my GIC account number.... can i apply for a visa with the swift copy of the transferred amount to scotiabank account, as i don't think i'l be able to make it before 30th November if i wait for the Certificate.

I do not think you can possibly do that.

My agent told me that i can apply.... i am confused what to do......
