Full-time & paid experience gained during bachelors

Hi,

I have applied for Express Entry under Skilled labor and one question that I couldn't find resources on is related to work experience gained during Bachelors. So, in my scenario, I was placed in a company for 6 months where I was working full-time and was paid stipend for the same. The six month period was part of the curriculum where one is supposed to gain industrial experience. Now, is this considered towards total experience? I have an offer letter along with the experience letter for the same

Based on few post on different sites, some people suggest that as long as you have a job reference letter with the requested details, you can include it whereas others suggest that any experience gained while studying is not considered in Express Entry. Can someone guide me here?

If I keep this experience, I may get ITA soon but I don't want my profile to be rejected based on this.

Don’t believe it counts because it was part of your degree requirements to do the co-op placement.

Full time internship/coop is not same as full time employment. I would not put it in work experience.

Student trainee.

Based on above suggestions it seems this will not count towards work experience

I received an ITA today based on this experience and I guess would have to decline it. Hopefully, this will not reduce my changes of getting another invite once I complete 3 years of work experience. I will wait for guidance from other users on this forum before I decline my invitation.

Hopefully someone can guide me here

It doesn't count towards minimum requirement. However, you can use it to boost your score.
