Full-time job in Canada, Freelance in home country

Hi,

I'm working in Canada full-time. Can I work freelance in a company in my home country, at the same time?
This freelance work can be done remotely by communicating online with co-workers in my home country.
I'm afraid that 'full-time job' means the employee cannot work for any other companies simultaneously.
Is it okay if I declare incomes from both countries when applying for tax return in canada?
