If I move to Canada and getting a job with the visa given by the company and do (on my free times) freelance work for Europe or US as 1K/2k per month. I suffered fees/taxes/imposts from that on my freelancer income?

So you have an approved LMIA (exempt or not) to apply for a work permit? Your work permit would be tied to your employer. You cannot do freelance work unless your employer(s) have no offices, clients or customers in Canada.

When you come to Canada, you can only work for the employer on your work permit. You can freelance if your employer has no ties in Canada - offices, clients, customers. You declare your income on your taxes.
