I am still not a senior but my guess is that they got more full docs in March and April 2010 that compelled them to halt some fixed NOC's in June 2010. This is why March and April full docs senders are experiencing the delays. idas and mushfiq of may 2010 got their medicals. They couldnt even tell why they got theirs in 3 months after sending their full docs. Lets see if more May 2010 full docs senders gonna get their medicals.

At first, big congratulations to all those who made it and best wishes to all fellows still in the line.

I guess I've missed something related to my case.

I applied at Singapore visa off. under FSW- Code 0211 (Engineering Manager) way back in Feburary 2008
from Bangkok (Thailand) and application status is still "In Process".

Was this code not considered under fast track category ever? Have I missed something that came in between?
I see fellows with similar code to have finished everything with in a year or so here.

I was infact planning to withdraw my application after a wait of 2.5 yrs and apply afresh at COI, Sydney but my code doesn't seem to be part of newly listed "29 most wanted jobs" valid from June 2010 onwards.

Any advice

that service only takes 27 days. I think munni and others should order CAIPS now, thic will give them a clear idea at which stage their case is halted.

Thanks for the info and this CAIPS looks very promising.

I've been waiting since Feb.2008 to hear anything about my case applied under FSW category. The status is always "In Process"

Unfortunately I applied under their so called "Simplified Application Process" while the fast-track was introduced in the
same month, just a few weeks after submission of my application.

Just for my information, whats CAIPS stands for and how often it's advisable to avail its services?

I applied for the caips note through lawpoint on last 8th august... still now there is no response...

there is no fixed deadline for your application to reach a decision by an Immig officer like ours. you applied long ago so you'll just have wait for a bit longer now. keep good relation with your postman. Check your Ecas every Tuesdays. Those will do.
