Full Documents sent to Canada High Commission, London in JULY 2010

I have submitted my documents to Canada High Commission, London (13 July 2010).
I am from Pakistan and living in UK from 7 Years.

I have submitted following documents, if you think I am missing something please let me know:

Letter of changes (I included my wife and son into my application)
CAN $ 700 Bank Draft
Email from CIO

Form:
Application form IMM 0008 (from myself)
Background form (from both myself and my wife's)
Family info form (from both myself and wife's)
Economic Class form (from myself)

IDs/Marriage Certificate:

Certified copies of Passport Biodata page + visa
Original Birth Certificate from Lahore, Pakistan
Certified copy National ID Card + Translation
Certified copy National ID Card for Overseas Pakistan

From my wife
Certified affidavit of lost of birth certificate
Copies of Passport Biodata page + Visa
Original Matriculation (proving date of Birth)

Original Birth certificate from Tunbridge Wells, England

Original BSc Degree + Transcript + Completion letter (Sealed envelope) (From Me and my wife)

Certified copy Job contract
Certified copies of last 2 pay rise and bonus letters
Certified copies of last 3 payslips

From Both of us
Police Certificate from UK
Police Certificate form Lahore, Pakistan

IELTS L=7, R=9, W=6.5 and S=8

Bank statement with the balance of £11800.

I calculated my points as follow:
Education: BSc 4 years = 20
English = 14
Experience: 4 years and more = 21
Age: 10
Adaptability: wife's 4 years degree = 4

Total Points : 69

Please advice me if I am missing anything

You english calculation can be considered as 16 as you have gained sufficient ratings

Thanks but I think you need 7.5 in listening and minimum 6.5 in others to get 16 points.

Yes dear,

7.5 to get 4 points in L.in other R,S,W on 6.5 you get 4 points.
mine also 7 Band
