Full Documents sent in October 2010 New Delhi VO

Hi,

I just received an identical letter (To the one pasted by maran) by post from ND VO yesterday. The letter was dated November 12th.
I guess this is the 2nd AOR- as it contains a new file number for future enquiries.
The suprising thing is e-cas update still shows only CIO eligibility review completed-guess they update it pretty slowly.

Here are my details-
NOC - 0111
Visa Office- New Delhi
Application Sent to CIC- 30 April, 2010
1st AOR Received- 10 August, 2010
Full Docs Submitted-5 October, 2010
2nd AOR Received- 12 November 2010

Congrats friend....I guess we wil; get 2nd AOR with in this wwek....kepping my fingure crossed...please update status please..
 
Hi All,

Received the 2nd AOR (possibly that is what it is) today by post. It is dated Nov 15th but post is recvd only today at Bangalore. It has come by ordinary post in a sealed cover. Following are the contents of the letter:

Date: November 15,2010

UCI: xxxxxxxx Application: Exxxxxxxxx


Dear xxxxxxxxx,

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada which was received at this office on 04/08/2010.

We have created a file with the file number pasted above. FOR CPC-S CASES: Please note that this file number is different than the one that was assigned to you by the Case Processing Centre in Sydnet, Nova Scotia, Canada. You must qoute this file number in any future correspondence. IF FEED COLLECTED AT MISSION: A receipt for the same will be sent soon.

Before your application can be placed in processing, a determination will be made as to whether or not you are eligible for processing. IF your application is not eligible for processing, you will receive a letter informing you of the reasons for the decision as well as a refund.

Processing Time
Applications for permanent residence in Canada in the category that you have applied to, require an average of 8 months to process at this office. If you have not received any instructions from this office 3 months after you submitted your full application, you are requested to contact this office directly.

There is no file number except the UCI number and the Application number. Possibly we have to consider the UCI number as the new file number. I tried to check the eCAS using this number and it was showing the same status as earlier - "..CIO Review complete..."

I believe this is pretty the same as what Maran posted the other day.

We have been eagerly waiting for this and now we are very very happy receiving it. Now fingers crossed for the next update...

Hi friends,
Pls add me to the list. I also filed my docs to ND VO on 19th Oct but still waiting for an update from the high commission. ECAS still shows the same as Eligibility review complete by CIO-Nova Scotia.

HI Pal,

As mentioned in previous post about receiving the AOR, my eCAS status is still the same as earlier - "CIO review complete...". Even my address is not changed online whereas we received the 2nd AOR by post at the new address which was mentioned in the full documentation sent.

I have submitted my full application to new delhi on 13th OCT. I have received email from CIO on 30th Sep 2010.

Within 10 days I have submitted full application.

I am not able to check my status online?

Is there anybody who is not able to check their status online?

I have also sent mail to new delhi VO but they have no record of my application.

What should I do to get the status of my application?

All applicants who received the 1st AORs after September 28 are not able to see their status in e-cas. You can track the sheet in my signature to see the progress.

Did ND CHC reply to your e-mail? when did you e-mail them?
 
those who have submitted full application in oct they are starting to receive 2nd AOR..
