I have been told to wait approx 2 yrs, 6 months of which has already gone.
eagerly waiting for 2011 summer or Fall.

Everyone else whose ecas changed to IN PROCESS should not be tensed. you must have seen the replies that quota for 2011 has been reached and New Occupations listed Post July 2011 applicants will get the priority once its out. I strongly believe that if CIC can take 13 years to process their immigrants' parents' files, then why wouldnt they venture to do the same for us?

There are 2 files that have moved in Buffalo office last month -- NOC's for both the files might be really special categories. Manila - phillipines also have seen good movements. Rest Dec 2010 files are in process now. We should be seeing momentum by Oct/Nov.
