yes pearl2010, you were indeed right when you said that after 2 weeks... :D

you're file seems to be moving fast, they already transfer it in 2 weeks time. Usually after transferring the file your e-cas will show in process in a month or two based on the thread for 2009 applicants...hopefully Buffalo will start to move fast again so at least we can all get a good news for x-mas!! ;D ;D

Godspeed..

Sakhi,

My File was transfered from CIO, NS to CHC Singapore in Mid March 2010.

Applicants to Buffalo,

their rejection rate is 1% according to a data and many of the consultants in the U.S
Although the 2nd AOR came late there are plenty to cheer about for you :)

I received my second AOR from Buffalo on the 12th but my eCAS status is still the message from the 1st AOR.

I noted that the B number that I got from Sydney is different from what I got from Buffalo. Is this so for all. And also this refers to the file number as the AXC number.

Hi Saki

any Idea what is time frame between 2nd AOr and medical request ? i sent my application in may 2010 withot FBI and pcc letter.
thanks

The time frame really depends on each individual visa office like manila is soo fast it takes 1 month on average to get file in process but other visa office like london they take 6 or so. Check the thread for your visa office and you will get an idea what is the average time these days.

Cheers

Hi,

Send it as soon as you get them, visa officer might not ask you and return the full application with the rejection because of incomplete documents, so dont wait for there request send them ASAP as all docs are required to submit in one pack within 120 days.

Cheers
saki

Anyone knows if PR housewives with no income and raising infant kid has to make TAX return papers and submit to Revenue Canada? Some say, they still have to make it and submit even though they are unemployed. Anyone with any clear idea about it?

Hi Saki

i sent email ,for this but they told me do not send any paper till further notice .what is y suggestions ?

Hi
pls help me

i received 2nd AOR ,but i did not sent PCC and FBI report ,pls let me know what should i do asap

i need 2 wait ?

when i need to submit PCC and FBI report

Hi anumatri,

After file transfer, they request for Medicals.Through this forum discussion,I can expect LA office to request Medicals in a month or 2...hope for smooth and successful ending by 5 months :)

I read your query about sending FBI& PCC to buffalo and you had mentioned that the visa office has advised not to send these as of now.so u can wait, may be they r going to transfer ur file to another office.Sometimes, the visa officers themselves might request these after they verify your supporting documents.

Also don't panic about not sending these PCC's coz they can be send even after 120 day deadline.(I read some discussion related to this a week ago).so don't worry :)

Thanks & Regards,
pearl2010

Hi everybody,
Is there anyone who have an idea about the following situation:

If I applied for FSW visa and I have 4 years experience in one of the required jobs during the last 10 years, but these 4 years are not the last 4 years. As I already changed my job since 5 years and my current job is not in the list of required jobs? Do you think the visa officer will process my application???

Many thanks in advance.
