Hi, I am also on the same boat like you., i send full documents to Buffalo office on 5 th May 2010 , but still no response and waiting for 2nd AOR,

So if applicants for first week of may are still waiting AOR from LONDON office then applicants whose applications are delivered in first week of June cannot even think of anything in July?

What to say my friend all my doc were dlivered at the Buffalo visa office on May 14th 2010 and I do not see any light at the end of tunnel.Based on an earlier post about OP6 procedures my file shoul be hitting the application + 120 days on July 26th 2010 .. So I am hoping I get it by that time..

HI All,

I have a good and a bad news.....The good for first: Today my e-case status has changed to IN PROCESS.

The note says the following: 'Your application was reviewed and we started processing on June 15, 2010.'

The bad news: They sent a letter on 15th June and I received it yesterday the letter says that they need further documents. Unfortunately one of the latest pay slips I provided says that I'm single however I'm actually married and all the other documents of mine underline my marital status except this one. I forgot to update my material status at my workplace that's why my pay slips still show me as single.....

The visa office asks me explaining why the pay slip family status is different AND they ask for the Marriage Certificate.

I have submitted already my official marriage certificate together with my documents in May so I don't know what else I could send as 'marriage certificate'.

Guys pls. share your opinion about my situation and what would you do if you were in my place?

I'm planning to tell exactly what happened that I forgot to inform my workplace about my marriage and this is the reason my pay slip describes me as single. I also intend to tell them that in my country of origin there is only one type of certificate that prove the material status and I have already submitted this one.

Hi arshtdii - In my case when there was not any updation about full docs I sent a case specific enquiry to CHC ND and put my fist AOR no in the subject mail and when I got response from CHC after 07 days they confirm about delivery of my full docs also they also replaced the 1st AOR with 2nd AOR in subject line.

So this is also the way to get your 2nd AOR number from CHC. Rest format is the same which we can get from any of our friend.

I did same wen i sent my query 2 CHC-London but they did not even confirmed me the existance of my application... delivered on 29th april still waiting for 2nd AOR>
