12 MONTHS OR MORE?

Hi, I sent my full documents in first week of AUG 2010;In their letter they said cases like mine takes 8-12 months. My case is pending for review .2 Months left to be an year.
Does any one know by 12 months -they MEAN" 12 MONTHS OR MORE?

This was their average time-line when they issued the letter in August'10. This time-line has been significantly increased and new average time-line is very difficult to guess.
You can wait for two months more and then send them case specific query to take update from them. Although it will not expedite the process but you can query at-least once in a year and it shouldn't make any negative impact. They only feel disturbed if someone query too often.

I have also same issue with me my case is pending for review since last two or three months , no AOR no E-Status updated , nothing changed...... Damm slow process

Well, I got my 2nd AOR in August last year and to this date (37 weeks ago) nothing.

I know people in Quebec process that submitted their docs in October and already got their medicals =/

My visa office processing time is 10 months (per their website and letter), so, should I send a Case Specific in 3 weeks? (it would be 40 weeks/10 months)

What do you guys think?

My status is still RBVO. I don't know when it will be In-process

I sent my docs to Singapore Office on Sep-2010. E-cas is showing "In Process" with RBVO inside from Feb-2011. Any idea when the status will be changed to "The processing has begun........"??
