My timeline is same with tokon & shazzadul. ecas status: RBVO- Manila. I received a letter from embassy through agency after follow up. It says:
This email is in response to the various status requests which we received from your office that were dated May 3, 2011.
> *All of the cases listed on your status requests are in process.*
> Unfortunately, due to MI-2 we must give priority to our MI-2 cases
> which is
> causing delays for cases submitted in our other skilled worker
> categories.

> *While we can appreciate that your clients would like their cases
> to be finalized, we would ask that you refrain from continuing to send
> us requests on cases unless there is an aspect of the case that is not routine
> and you are concerned that is what is delaying processing. Your high volume of
> requests requires many hours of work on the part of our team to
> respond, and this is time that I'm sure you would prefer they spend processing your
> client's applications.*

> For your information, I am providing you with some additional
> background information regarding the cause of the extended processing times.
