Hi everybody.
I am still w8iting for my Second AOR. I have already recieved my first file number which is a number begin with BXXXXXXXXXX
Since 4 days ago, it is working and I can check my status which is in process, now I wanna know what is the second file number is it another number beginning with B or it is first file number which is reconfirmed by Local Visa Office.

and what is VO....

Because i did sent my full doc to Buffalo on 24th Aug and still waiting for my file no...

Hi Spatel09, I don't have any news either; however, I wanted last week to send an email to Buffalo to ask them about the second AOR because more than 20 weeks have passed since I sent them the full documents. But I said myself that I should wait. My patience is gone because almost all the applicants who sent the full doc. in August received their AOR in December and we are almost in February.
What do you say guys?

Hi Elias,

Yes may be we need to wait...
When all august applicant got AOR from buffalo in December, i did sent email to buffalo office in 3rd week of December.
But they reply me as follow:

Permanent resident applications are created in our database and acknowledgement of receipt letters are sent to the applicant within 30 weeks of receipt. Any application submitted without the required documents and information will be returned to the applicant.

Second file # is also begining with B.

I checked my old one and it does give same information on e-cas as new one. So they are linked together. Don't worry if you don't have a new one, because information provided in e-cas is same for both numbers.

Don't worry man!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Many people got their status IN PROCESS with out getting 2nd AOR.
Some people got AOR after Medical.

so as long as you can see that they had got your file, you will be fine.

Let hope in this next week we got some good news from Buffalo.

Always hope for best...

I have submitted my full docs to VO Singapore on 12th Aug 2010 and my status is still showing RBVO.

Have anyone got thier status changed to "In Process" those who submitted to Singapore VO?

Buffalo average processing time is 17 months, it's slow...

So don't be surprised if everything doesn't happen fast.
