I applied for PR as Skilled Worker with NOC 4131 .

HERE IS MY TIME LINE...

Submitted app to NOVA SCOTIA : April 6, 2010.
1st AOR : June 9, 2010
Submitted full docs to Visa Off : August 27,2010
Received 2nd AOR : Sept. 1,2010.
ecas status : RECEIVED by VISA OFFICE

I already emailed the embassy because the 90 days period lapsed already....and then they sent me another email which states that my application is already queued for review of a visa officer.. something like that....and until now my ecas status says RECEIVED by VISA OFFICE.....

Hi guys..

I had sent the below mentioned mail to my representative:Could you please send a request to CHC for updation on status and how much longer it will take for file to come up for processing.This is the 11th month since the date of application.
The mail of CHC dated August 2010 categorically asks to mail them after 3 months of submission of documents in case of any Enquiry relating to Status Update.

An update from my representative received in toto as below :
Please be informed that your chc file number (2nd AOR) came in the month of Aug 2010 (when full set of documents were submitted) and after that the processing time is 6 to 8 months. At present we are receiving the medicals of the cases who got the chc file number in june 2010 ,so you need to wait. As soon as we receive any information from chc we will intimate you.

Hope this helps clear a lot confusion prevailing as regards Mera Number Kab Aayega.

hello to all. got an update. my status changed to "in process" last december 7. after more than 90 days of waiting.

congrats. Hopefully we will start good news from others very soon.

I think thats wht my representative has mailed me. If your file tfr date is Feb / Mar, then possibly good news should be on its way.

when you check your ecas status , at the end it mentions your file transfer date. That is the file transfer.
You submitted your full set of dox in August 2010.calculate 6 to 8 months.
that means any time between end Jan to Mid March.
