just checked my ecas after reading janggong's post, mine is decision made too.... i submitted my passport last Feb 2 i think.

You may reply if you need me to pray for you. God is able and nothing is impossible.

mike, have you noticed change in your address (what's reflected is the target City as indicated in your application)? mine changed to Mississauga, Ontario. but we've changed our mind and will probably go to Calgary.
