I wasn't able to send you a PM, as some error occurs in my browser and it simply does not allow me to do that. If you'd like to learn more details on my case, just drop me your e-mail adress/skype ID via PM and I'll quickly reply.

As of now, I'm still patiently waiting for a response from CIO. Last time I called them on 2nd of June and the reply was that the current timeline for FSW1 applications review by CIO is 30 weeks, so they will reply before the month of November... So all we can do now is to keep positive attitude and hope that our PER is underway!

Did you try to call the CIO? if yes, what did they say?
I can see many people got their PER after 2 or 3 months, so just keep positive and hopefully you will get your PER very soon...
