i have a friend of mine he already received the medicals request and the visa fees request just 3 months after (application sent on march 2011) he sent his application
we have same NOC : 6242 and same visa office !!!

Hello Friends Just need to confirm one thing from you guys.

All the guys who recieved PER, does their PER include following

Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing on the basis of work experience in an occupation specified in the Instructions issued by the Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism and published in the Canada Gazette on June 26, 2010.

i am asking this just to confirm that if SURELY there will be another Eligibility review by VO...or VO will just do the security/background checks only.

yes, this is what my PER reads.
I am not prety confidentthat the Vo will only do the background check.The procedure says that the VO will do another round of eligibility review and the background check.

may be other openions will clarify this.

yes. they still do another eligibility review in VO, but that wont be a matter of concern for you as it has already been confirmed by CIO that you are eligible.. Thats just a normal procedure... but they concentrate more on background and security clearence....
