If you look at our tracker, most of them that reached in November are yet to receive AOR (assuming everyone is reporting the status promptly). So don't worry, still, no harm in sending a case specific inquiry. The response may be slow however due to seasonal holidays.

PS: the travel history can be filled up separately for principal applicant and spouse, giving it in the title.
