No one knows how NDVO functions.

I have filed my application on 04th May - 2010 and exactly after 2 years i got my E-cas changed to In Process on 04th May - 2012 and now says

We have reviewed your application and start processing it on 04May - 2012..

Exactly after 2 years..... who knows what next?

About "In process " status:

In my understanding:

1)As per the case specific Inquiry reply,ND VO is working on cases based on the full docs submission.So firstly,IP can be based on the full docs submission date.

2)Secondly,When Officers go through the file and if they find all docs in place and not to have anything objectionable,in my understanding it should go "In Progress " early than other cases.Few of the cases who have early submission in Oct Nov Dec have not gone "IP " too early but full doc submitted in "Jan 2011" has gone in IP before them.If officer finds all the documents clear and in place,I guess his or her file goes in early "IP " mode.If officers find some of the docs confusing,misleading or suspicious,he may keep those files on "HOLD " and the next file goes through to "IP " if it has got the genuine touch.
3)It is my understanding only and can go other way also/can have other wings also.
