ps. Also, whats with CIC and their data release for this Q on processing times (on cic website)?? The previous update was Jan 23 and update should have happened around April 23rd. I have been tracking this for over 2 years. They normally publish a week after due date after collecting/processing the data. Its strange, one month on and they have not updated !!

As i also have an application in FSW which is showing "in process" , m i gonna get a refund of processing fee if i withdraw it now ? i am about to get the visas thru MPNP application this month so i am wondring if i will get a refund for FSW application ?

You have to send a withdrawal letter to ndvo for your FSW-1 application before your application goes to in process.i sent withdrawal letter on 27 february 2012 by DHL courier and my processing date in e cas begins from march 5 ,2012 .So i will be eligible for refunnd of processing fees but if i would have sent then withdrawal letter after march5 ,2012 i would not have been eligible for refund of processing fees.
