I just checked my mail box and found this email from CHC, New Delhi. Here's the text:

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

Please be advised that our office received your application and a letter acknowledging receipt was sent to you on November 26, 2010. Please note the application number in the subject line of this email and refer to it in future correspondence.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Did the 2nd AOR or email say about how long the process might take?

From the file it seems like CHC-Delhi is taking close to 35-40 days after full docs are sent. I hope all others receive the 2nd AOR soon.

There was a small break in 1st AORs from CIC, in September.

All the 2nd AORs being reported are folks who received 1st AORS before the break. No 2nd AORs yet for people who received the 1st AORs after September 28th.

I sent a case specific inquiry last week, no response yet.

Please give the e-mail I.D. from ND VO which has sent the mail for 2nd AOR so that we can add the same in the trusted mail I.D. of mail box so that it does not goes into the junk mail.

Average timeline is written 8 months, but it also says that if u didnt recieve any instruction within 3 months then you can contact CHC, ND.

I have added ND VO contact address to the spreadsheet.

As per that, you need to send email on: Delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca

They may reply with the address mentioned by Lamhey.
