as far as i read frm thread dat u got refusal due 2 points shortage at 1st time...
if u dnt mind can u tell dat after how long from 2nd aor did u got rejection letter stating shortage of pts.....
i mean 2 say like after 1 or 2 months from n delhi....
plss reply or if u want i can give u my email dear....thx n do take care all BELOVED members.........

Initian Application to CIC 30th Nov 2009
First AOR : 29th Jan 2010
Full docs sent to ND : 23rd May 2010
IELTS score : 7.5
2nd AOR received : 2nd June.

Hi Guys,
It has been over a month now since I logged on to the forum. I see no change - but I see things moving to November now as CHC will clear April back log by October and then will pick up May.

Ankit,
I had a suggestion, in the April forums they have observed that the processing is done by the date when file was transfered, example if your file was transfered to Delhi in Jan 2010 and you files in May 2010 your file would be given priority over the applicant whose file was transfered in Feb 2010 and filed in May 2010.

I think it makes sense in tracking the File movement or 1st AOR date. Good luck to all of you - I have seen some movement in April with 4 applicants - their track is 1/3rd of applicants are either in In Process or decision made status.

HI gary4444,

I dont remember the exact duration but it was very quick. and I think I got the refusal in around 2 months. When I checked my status, it was changed to Decision Made without changing to IN Process..than I received the refusal within 7 days of my status change.
