FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

Yup 2nd AOR in 1st week of may means, CHC, ND would have received their full docs in April only.
This is very similar to Benjamin's Case. His Full docs reached CHC, ND on 30 April however, his 2nd AOR is 12 May.
They go by the date of full docs reached at CHC, ND

First of all if 1st AOR is in Nov 09, even if 30 nov 09 then the applicant submits his/her docs in April, (s)he would miss 120 days deadline and his/her file would close.
For any april applicant the 1st AOR could not be older thn DEC 09....
And i did not mind your comment but, I used some of my logic as per CIC rules....
So, now you excuse me for that

I fully agree with TARAKRS. No one can submit his documents after 120 days deadline, so someone older than December 2009 cant submit his docs in April month.
So December 2009 is the last month in which applicantion has to be filed for someone to submit docs by April 2010.
I wish CHC of all countries be more transparent and let their applicants know what will happen on what dates so that each and every applicant can relax rather than burning their head on thinking about them.

i mismatched the aor with file transfer...
actually dey submitted 1st application on 2nd and 4 th nov and dere 1st aor was 9th and12th jan file transfer 20th jan2010.....
2nd aor 1st week may2010...

yea, it means they actually did their full docs in April but, they got their second AOR in 1st week of may.
Yeah, this is obvious buddy becoz since last week they did started processing applications whose 1st AOR was in Jan and who did their full docs submission in April..

Well, I am not 100% convinced with my analysis but, as you said, if next tuesday changes ECAS of Jan and Feb applicants then only my analysis will be proven correct.
I wish it proves wrong because there won't be any excitement of change on ECAS.... The analysis will give everyone a rough idea for medicals.

Thank you Singh for your concern. Actually i already sent CHC a reminder mail ( through my consultant ) in July whose response came last month ( August ) saying that they were working on my file and will intimate me in due time . So, when i called my Consultant again today , they told me that CHC Processing is running slow & they got just 1 Medical yesterday of one Guy who had received in AOR on April 10th 2010 and also said that i am ahead of that person in their list . Additionally, i was also told that this delay is not a reflection that my case has any unresolved issues , it's just that CHC is taking time . My consultant assured me that by the end of this month , i should most probably be getting Medicals .
I know that they are not CHC , and their recommendation is only as good as us who have been tracking a sample size which may/may not be reflective of the actual trend from CHC Perspective .
Tarkars has been doing a fantastic job in keeping the information as transparent as possible on this blog.
Hope CHC would take a clue
and realise that applicants need realtime information to feel at ease .So, Waiting is all that i can do now & wish you all lots of Luck as well.

so benjamin's n my timelines r almost same...
so if i get news next week...only den ur analylis will b right...
wat u think dear....
everything is same only 2days difference in 2nd aor n 1 more thing.....
my noc is also same...dat is 4131(same as benjamin).....
plss throw ur useful thoughts on dis imp issue...

Its not only about 2nd AOR but, also about when you full docs were reached to CHC, ND? When your file reaches to CHC, ND they stamp on it and Benjamin's file reached there on 30 April so, his application got processed in April lot.
