friends sorry to inform u all late..... was in the institute...... my status changed to " in process " today..21september,

it is written started processing on 16, september...........i am happy as well as tensed , hope to get meds soon,

all the best to othere members and hoping to hear some gud news by evening....

Guyz Guyz ...... i have a news ... a big one for me

little background : after 2.5 months In process .. we finally sent a mail last wed for the status

Today 10 am IST , 1.05 am EST

got a call from CIC ND at my in-laws house in punjab .. asking for my phone no. They replied that i am in USA and they can have that no. in return she replied .. ok give me her husbands no.

at 10.08 called my husband

VO said : "Did you receive madicals?"
hubby : nope

VO said : " Did you check with your agent "
hubby : Yes

VO said are you sure .. when did you check with them
hubby : last week

VO said : well, all i can do is send you a copy again.. please try to meet the deadlines ;D

I am happy but angry .. according to our analysis i was sent some where near 30th june and we wasted 2.5 months!

now after all that i badly need suggestions from of you on how to send my passport back to india for stampping ... ( my US visa got expired 5 days ago ..cannt travel )

Hello Simon,
this is good news that atleast u got the right info after such a long time. My case is also in process since 6th july. Pls let me know whether you have sent the E-mail or hard copy mail to canadian high comm. new delhi.

i am also thinking of sendind enquiry.

the medicals were issued somewhere on 30th june ( before in process) but we never received it and wasted 2.5 months crying over immigtaion proccess.

Your advise will be highly appreciated and valuable for me. and also let me know when did yor file changed to in process, and when you sent the full documents.

This is wat I have analyzed for April and may applicant by priority from CHC, ND.

However, I might be wrong but, I would wait for one more tuesday. If next tuesday, people form this thread whose files were xferred in Jan 10 and Feb 10 gets their ECAS change then my analysis will prove to be correct.

For April applicants it would be something like follow

Priority Docs Req. Docs Sent
1 Dec 09 April 10
2 Jan 10 April 10
3 Feb 10 April 10
4 March 10 April 10

friends can i assume now that my initial assesment of 67 points and other docs are over.... and i got through it,..... or i hve to wait till i get meds....... coz processing started on 16th of september.. its already been 4 days and so far no verifications call....... pls give ur valuable comments here

Buddy, it is very difficult to say anything at this moment. The way CHC, ND is moving it might take several months for you... In April thread, we are getting only a couple of updates every week and that too from last week only. If they continue to process at this speed then for July applicants medicals seems to be really far.

I suggest everyone to pray god so, CHC, ND buckles up and start processing faster like they used to do for Jan and Feb applicants.... We need at least 6-7 updates every week then only the charm will come on everyone's face soon.

Hello Sir,
I was just checking ur timeline, Its a long time that your status is RBVO.
My advise to you is that u send case specific E-mail enquiry to visa office.
the reason for that is that it has been written in ur (and all of us) AOR letter that if you do not get communication from CHC after three months of issuance of AOR, you are requested to directly contact the visa office.
