I have received the refusal letter. So I am not through.
They said THERE WERE INSUFFICIENT DUTIES WHICH I MENTIONED IN MY EXPERINCE CERTIFICATE.

tats really awful news Steve...i wondor, how CIC n CHC sync to each other, if you are done with the CIC stage i c no point rejecting you in the second stage on the basis of insufficient duties....i think CIC focuses more on job duties and if they are satisfied then only they send the approval....CHC can crosscheck it with the employers and make sure if things are inline with what has been claimed....my sympathyies...

hello Singh, i read somewhere in your post for the timelines same as yours,

i have sent my documents in march end, my status changed in "In Process" on 6th july, recd medicals on 8th july....almost similar timelines to yours...

Sorry to hear about you rejection ...i dont know what is the worth of IA if they gonna reject you after you did so much documentation just beacuse of duties .

Hi All ,

I had submitted my Full docs in April 2010 .My office has not included my duties and responsibilities in the reference letter. They told they cant put the same in the reference letter because of office policy. I have given an explanation letter to CHC. Is this really affect the process?
