Congratulations Mpadhya.

Still no one from April, who submitted their docs in April. received any update in status change, we are having a delay of one month or so. Hey God, please help us to overcome this frustration.

Best of luck to all for next week.

Hello Guys,

My status changed to In Process today, the details are as follows:

We received your application for permanent residence on October 7, 2009.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on December 7, 2009. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

We transferred your application to the New Delhi office on December 15, 2009. The New Delhi office may contact you.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on July 22, 2010.

However I am not sure if this is a good news for me or bad, I had already written to my consultant to ask CHC to put my case on hold because my wife is pregnant and we are expecting our baby in February. The doctor has advised us not to go for an X-Ray. So I need your advice people, if I get my medicals now will I necessarily have to go for medicals or can I still ask them to issue the medicals after we have our baby.

Please advise !!

Thanks to all who so ever wished me...

In my case this is purely my luck and prayers that have paid off....

I wish my companions for the best time ahead

Hey simgsingh Gill...congratulations for getting ur status to changed to "In Process"...

n i also recommend u that dont put ur case on hold, u r expecting a Baby in feb month, its almost 6 months away, we have similar case of "MPadya", his status got changed to "Decision Made" today and he will receive his visas in couple of days i believe...

u'll receive ur medicals in this week, DMPs will just put remark on ur case abt the pregnency of ur spouse and will not take any X-ray for her....Mpadhya can give u more information on this, talk to him, u may find some kind of solution to ur case....

@ MPadhya,

Manishbhai, if u can provide info to Simsingh gill, will be gr8 help to him...

Hi,

Don't put your case on hold. i have seen 2,3 case which will be done in 2 min after getting medical.... So don't wory u have 6 months....

Regards,
Vipal

Congratulations SimSinghGill

One query, did you submit the documents in March or April, how come the 2nd AOR came so late. Please check the date on the letter in which 2nd AOR was mentioned, that is the actual date and not when you received the letter.

Please don't put a hold in your case, it will delay the processing further. You have 6 months which is too long. Let it go as the VO thinks and during medicals, you can put a note with the doctor.

Best of luck to you.
