That's the spirit. We all will get Visa by Sep/Oct/Nov 2010 for sure.

All of us, lets keep praying to god and keep ourselves connected through FACEBOOK as suggest by prsh_patel. We really need each other's help before and once we land in Canada.

if we get visa by sep/oct/nov then we can think of flying early march and april, i think we all must join FB community as suggested by patel bhai ,to be in touch, so that we can help each other even after landing.

Actually, they did change my address automatically to my X lawyer's address who was my representative when i was in Canada....

This change happened automatically on last tuesday on my ECAS.... so, I did email CHC, ND about this sudden change.

They replied me stating my address is same as I had on my FSW forms and they'll sen all correspondence on that address only. As far as my FSW application is concerned they replied same as other guys got...

The only thing is, even after this confirmation from them, on ECAS my address is still showing my X lawyer's address. I believe it will be back to min on coming Tuesday as they update ECAS weekly only.

but, I am not at all worried abt this.... I've gone thru much much more worse than these as far as immigration is concerned......
I played my role by sending them email and they replied me that on file, they have my indian address only.... It means, I have written proof with dates in time from CHC, ND .... I dont care for ECAS now... God forbid on but, If something goes wrong due to address n stuff then, I can pull out this proof

hi i am in chc new delhi may forum and i want to share wid u people this information-- one of my friend living in canada and filed his case in nova scotia on 23 april 2010 and today he got his first AOR. his CHC is new delhi.It means 3 months,an extra one month. if this info is any help to u all, i will be greatful.

chal bhai haath bada le, dono ka pesa bhi ek hi hai , bad main kam ayega.
lakin tere se do ek gali sikh liya bad main kam aye sayad.......... majak kar raha hoon

When CHC will start with our cases...??? upto March it was doing ... so people left are of April,May and June...

CHC should windup these cases and then move toward 2008 or .... parallely processes...
We are in a long queue.... don't even now what would happen to our applications....

Will we be able to get visas in 2010......

well pre feb applicants are getting at such a rapid pace i guess they are waiting to get their backlog cleared and then our turn will come .. just guessing....
