Friends,

one of my friend's immigration lawer told him that at present CHC ND is busy with old cases(before feb,2008). they are clearing that backlog,
so april'10(fast track) onwards files should expect to be delayed by 4-6 weeks.

First of all no high commission would leak the information about their processing strategy... The lawyers / consultants who tells all these are just rumors or their assumptions....

Yes, I know CHC, ND has slower down from last 2 months on FSW cases submitted after Feb 2008 and the reason could be they are more on backlog but, it does not mean that they'll start processing our cases after they finish the backlog.... If we think like this then, its really non-sense.

As Jairam said, if they are delayed by 4-6 weeks on April cases then too, we are almost there and we'll hear from CHC in 1-2 weeks from now....

Just dont loose hope and pray to god for this to sorted out asap

Actually, they did change my address automatically to my X lawyer's address who was my representative when i was in Canada....

This change happened automatically on last tuesday on my ECAS.... so, I did email CHC, ND about this sudden change.

They replied me stating my address is same as I had on my FSW forms and they'll sen all correspondence on that address only. As far as my FSW application is concerned they replied same as other guys got...

The only thing is, even after this confirmation from them, on ECAS my address is still showing my X lawyer's address. I believe it will be back to min on coming Tuesday as they update ECAS weekly only.

bro i hope you will recieve an interview call before your CAIPS say within 6 months from your 2ndAOR.

a similar case i already have seen where a lady(applicant) was employee of her husband. that was 100% geninue case still they have to wait for 6 months. after that they recive an interview call agin wait for a month but three days after the interview they recieved the medicals.

Just keep fait in God..... and wait.

i also got a response from my lawyer at canada. She also said the CHC is working on FSW cases after FEB2008. Probably ours is also gonna get delayed by a month or so.

Ya I remember that case. in fact the lady was second in command in the company(Computer business)

but I have Submitted My Provident fund Certificate which can prove genuineness of my employment.
its gov. docs supporting my employment.

now its up to VO how to interpret.

CHC's Replies are Copy/past and diplomatic replies. which never revels the exact situation of your case.
but hope fully around 10- 15 august April applicants will start getting medicals.

their might a possibility of delay of one month in april cases...but iam sure that chc cannot start moving the pre 2008 cases and ask us to wait because their is no time limit mentioned in the pre 2008 cases but in our case we have things written from their side. they...guys don't worry ...post 2008 case are very few compared to pre 2008 which is nearly half a million...what everer said and done so many people can't get visa in a year or 2 it will take atleast 3 to 4 years....we will get our visa in hand by oct/nov for sure jai bajrang bali....

That's the spirit. We all will get Visa by Sep/Oct/Nov 2010 for sure.
