Hello Every One..

I think this was answered before but just curious..how long does it take to get passport back with stamped after submitting

Thanks in advance

Guys, After my interview experience and visiting CHC-ND, i can suggest to all of you one thing. It's a clear fact that IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO APPLY DIRECTLY INSTEAD OF APPROACHING IDIOTIC MONEY MINTING CONSULTANCIES.

If you look at the outside security entrance and inside CHC, a sign board stating that, NO CONSULTANT IS REQUIRED FOR YOUR VISA, FOLLOW OUR WEBSITE: INDIA.GC.CA. WE ADVISE NOT TO APPROACH CONSULTANTS, THIS DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING VISAS.

My advice to all of you is, ADVICE your friends and say NO to CONSULTANTS. They show one or two success stories out of N number of applicants, and make money by wasting our valuable time and money, everything. So approach directly and follow this forum [It has more info than any other consultant in the world...]

It's been almost 1 year since I submitted our full docs and received our 2nd AOR. Up to now our status is Received by Visa Office. No changes up to this point. I already delivered and waiting for my baby's passport to submit including other docs. Any advise what move do I need to do to change our status? Thanks for your advice! :)

Everybody is in the same boat,
You can just wait to send a case specific inquiry this may help

Destination...

Should I apply for CAIPS in April? Hoping that by the time my file comes up for processing, hopefully
some notes / remarks would be input in the CAIPS? What do you advise?

Sokhi,

I have sent the application for CAIPS on 24-Dec-2010 (Christmas time) & I received the CAIPS report (dtd 01-Feb-2011) on 06-Feb-2011.

I hope this will help you to find out when you need to apply for CAIPS.

It all depends on what is your BFD, I think, you should apply now so that the report date would be end of April & you know what is the next BFD.

Thanks CBI..

hi
i am really shocked that u have almost completed 11 months from FULL DOCUMENT SUBMISSION, and not heard anything from CHC ND. see, your file transfer date is 27th april, and right now march end file transfer dates are being processed. so i think, unfortunately u have to wait for atleast 1 MONTH, to see any action on your case.
