Hi All,

Need urgent help. Received a letter from CHC that they have concern about my employment history and the have questions regarding legitimacy of the employment history.

Given me an opportunity to comment or provide observations in writing within 15 days.

Guys what to do, please help me out. What all documents can I provide? I am paid salary in cash, so have no salary account. My NOC is 1111.

Create a month wise time line for your employment with all details, Indicate gaps if any.
Give references with full contact numbers for them to verify from each employer.
Attach all documents along with the timeline.
Show readiness to provide further documents if required.

Thanks Kris905.

I have already provided them with my employment letters. There are no gaps in them. I will try to provide letters from my clients if possible.

You have to do something different. What you have provided is clearly not good enough for them.
So think of what else can prove their concerns to be negative.
What Kris905 is saying is good food for thought.

You will have to do something more to prove your employment other then just give references.
Being paid in cash is not a good sign, as it shows fraud in terms of tax evasion, that can be judgmental towards the authenticity of your overall submission.

Take salary certificate from your employer for all the period that you were employed with them, month wise.

Thanks Yukon. I will try to arrange as many documentary proofs as possible.

Hey dear,
Even if your employer paid you in cash, he must be filing professional tax for all the employees in your firm.
That could be enough to show that you were employed there.
Ask your boss for the professional tax slips and highlight your name in that slips and send it to CHC. That could be the most appropriate and legitimate proof.
I hope I am right.
Have a robust luck.

Dear All....
I am very sorry for my delayed response after my interview.....

MY INTERVIEW EXPERIENCE ON 10th MAR -2011

Hi every one, My interview was fixed on 10th Mar @ 8:45 AM. We [myself and my wife] reached CHC ND at 8:00 AM. LOL; CHC is not yet opened. There were few people already waiting. Security guy told us to wait in the nearest park. After opening the gates sharp @ 8:30, security called us. I submitted my interview letter and after a while we were called for security check and we were through with other formalities by 8:40 AM. We went inside and waiting for our turn as there are more than 10 interview booths circling the waiting hall. People were being called by the respective VO by booth number. After a while my name was called to booth no 11. We went inside, there was a lady sitting inside a glass window. She told me that she need to talk with me only, so my wife waited outside. I sat in front of her and she introduced herself first. Then she opened my file and start asking about my education, experience, job duties, then marriage. I clarified one by one. Even she saw the total certificates and wedding albums. While I was answering she was typing also. then she told me to send my wife inside. She interviewed about 10-15 mins, then she came out. I went inside, again she asked some more questions about marriage and family life. After total interview of 45 mins, she said - thank you, you can go now - i will send my response soon.

Me: After that I asked her, ma'm can i ask you one question?
VO: Yes...

Me: What is the outcome of this interview and about my application?
VO: Yes, I will send - I will send medical instructions.

Me: thank you ma'm, thank you very much..... :)

The total interview held for about 45 mins. Interview went well and i am very happy with VO as she is very dignified and straight to the point and quite professional. Overall my response is absolutely good. Hope this may help to some other friends.
