As per CAIPS notes, its all look good, i've same view what Ankit is said...I observed that applicants who lived in canada is taking bit longer processing time compared to other applicants..As you already mailed them no need to send fax as it might interpreted as a desperation...If CHC needs any documents like FBI clearance or any other doc, they will ask you for it...i believe even further document chance is also minimal as CAIPS notes doesnt reflects any document missing information.....just wait for their response rather i would say just wait for the medical envelop...all seems to be well....setcanada said:@ Ankit/Taraks/sachin/paresh/other
I landed in tough situation please suggest something.
My file is in process from 2nd nov(Chc new delhi starting my processing on 26th october) and i yet to receive Medical &PPR Request.Yesday i receive CAIPS and as per CAIPS following points been awarded and comments by visa officer
1)Total point -71 points
SELDEC-1,PSDEC-1,BDEC-0,MDEC-0,FINDEC-0,OREQ-0:as per CAIPS Preliminary screening decision AND Paper screening is clear
Comments by visa officer
Principle Applicant(PA) appears to have required funds.
PA has sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economic established in Canada.Iam satisfied that points awarded to applicant reflect his/her ability to settle in Canada
ECDlease requestPT(old and new)X 3,MEDX3,RPRFX2 ZB 26TH OCT 2010
From the CAIPS it is clearly mentioned to issue Medical on 26 th October same day my file start processing now their may be two case for delay
1)Postal Lost/Delay
2)CHC never dispatch medical in spite of visa officer comments in CAIPS to issue medical
>>I(PA) was in Canada last year for 4 months will this cause the delay?
>>My hubby is Merchant Navy officer and his ship mostly sail in US for 4--7months in a Year and we never gives FBI clearance will this cause delay?
But nothing mentioned in CAIPS about my stay in canada as well as FBI Clearence of my Husband
I already send Case status enquiry 4 days back and email on 27 th oct but no reply yet
Im 100 percent sure ill get the medical but why is the delay??
Ankit/Tarak/sachin/paresh/other Kindly advice what should i do shall i fax CHC New Delhi??

answering your question why delay, i would say, CHC is highly unpredictable, no one knows what r they upto?? just let them do what they are doing without bugging them....you will soon have ur medicals in your hand....all the best and cheers for positivity in CAIPS notes....
i understand...you've done your job, i pray that you receive ur medical by this week...or atleast you get some response for your query from CHC....setcanada said:Thanks prsh_patel
Only thing increase my anxiety is next BFD date (10 dec 2010)that is exactly 45 days from 26th october (inprocess day)
That mean visa officer needs my medical to reach on or before 10 dec 2010(as chc new delhi gives 45 days to complete the medical)
But im not sure about my interpretation.

Yup Prsh, thanks for the info. I have applied for withdrawal of old file on 13th Nov, ie at my agent's office, I'm sure it will be sent to CHC after few weeks time only!! But no issues with that, I GOT MY VISAAAA!!!!!, and thats what matters. Anyway I'm planning to leave only in Feb end, and was told we will get a refund in 12 weeks time, max.prsh_patel said:Ok Guyz, i got an update...
i've sent CHC a mail to withdraw my old file, today, ecas has been changed to "Withdrawn" from "In Process"...I've sent them mail on 26th October 2010....Hope this info is useful for the people who wants to withdraw the old file, i think DrSuja has also asked for the withdrawal of the earlier application...
good luck to all fellows...
