FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

Hi guys,

when we are applying fully application to VO(in my case new delhi), do I need to submit any fees as mentioned in visa office instructions ?

CIO already deducted from my credit card during the initial review.

Is there any other fees we need to pay ? if yes, could you please give the link.

In second stage you have to pay the landing fees (RPRF)....you can pay this fees now or at the later stage when they ask for it along with the medical request...Its ok, if you dont pay it right now...RPRF Fees is Rs.21440/-, in favour of "Canadian High Commission", payable at new delhi...this will be for single applicant, if u r including your spouse, it would be 42880/-,

no fees for kids less then 21 years of age...

CHC IS CHANGING STATUS TO IN PROCESS AFTER ALL THE HOMEWORK AND THEN ISSUING MEDICALS IN A WEEK'S TIME. THIS MIGHT BE THE REASON THAT THERE IS NO UPDATE FOR LAST THREE WEEKS. WE WILL DEFINITELY SEE A LOT OF UPDATES WHENEVER THERE IS SOMETHING ON E-CAS.

Question from others who send forms to ND visa office.

Do i need to send the copies of the forms which i have with me (copies of originals send to Sydney)? If yes, then how i change the date and sign again becasue i took the copies after signing the forms.

Also i have got IELTS overall of Score of 6. Is that ok for consideration for 0213 profession?

All suggetions will be appreciated.

No need to change the date. Sign the form again
If your score is more than 67 then IELTS of 6 should not be an issue

I landed in tough situation please suggest something.
My file is in process from 2nd nov(Chc new delhi starting my processing on 26th october) and i yet to receive Medical &PPR Request.Yesday i receive CAIPS and as per CAIPS following points been awarded and comments by visa officer
1)Total point -71 points
SELDEC-1,PSDEC-1,BDEC-0,MDEC-0,FINDEC-0,OREQ-0:as per CAIPS Preliminary screening decision AND Paper screening is clear

Comments by visa officer
Principle Applicant(PA) appears to have required funds.
PA has sufficient points to satisfy me that he/she will be able to become economic established in Canada.Iam satisfied that points awarded to applicant reflect his/her ability to settle in Canada
ECDlease requestPT(old and new)X 3,MEDX3,RPRFX2 ZB 26TH OCT 2010
From the CAIPS it is clearly mentioned to issue Medical on 26 th October same day my file start processing now their may be two case for delay
1)Postal Lost/Delay
2)CHC never dispatch medical in spite of visa officer comments in CAIPS to issue medical

Im 100 percent sure ill get the medical but why is the delay??
