FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

Hi All,

Today I received the medical hardcopy by Registered post.

but there is a printing mistake in my child's medical request paper section A :
the marital status is printed as "Married" for the one year old child.

Please suggest should I return the same to CHC or continue with my medical

Hi Sja,

I would suggest that you proceed with the medical.

When you submit your Passpport and Medical, you can include a letter highlighting the discrepancy.

Else the turnaround time to get the correct medicals would range from 3 - 4 weeks, which is an unnecceasry delay.

It is a very minor error and the fact it being for the child, can easily be corrected later too.

hi 2 all .....guys im still waitin 4 some official letter
as u guyz know my status changed 2 in process on 5th oct and decision made on 12 th
and my file is under process since 29 sep
but till now i havent recd anything frm chc
guys plss advice me on dis issue
is it possible dat dey have mistakenly put dm
i m sayin dis coz all files which have been rejected have already got refusal letters like inderaj jairam somsale
i have traveled history 2 canada may b dis is delaying my processs
ALL MEMBERS PLSS THROW IN UR VALUABLE COMMENTS

I would keep the hope floating, I do not remeber but I have seen it couple of times on forum that cases changed bck from DM to In process
