have you asked for your status earlier from the Visa office New Delhi?? I mean have yu sent VO any letter or email inorder to know your updates??

I just want to know whether sending them an enquiry letter or email help us....as your file transfer is on March..

1. can anyone elaborate abt the time CHC ND takes to move one step beyond 'in process'
2. does we all, who hv submitted Full docs, enter into 'in process' stage
3. wat r the remaining phases which follow this stage?

3. wat r the remaining phases which follow this stage? - Medical done\received, Passport sent by you, then decision made .. then packing -shaking and then leaving

Is there anyone in this group did not send Marksheet in university sealed envelopes to ND Visa Office and sent Notorized copies of them?
Please let me know.

I got my first AOR in October and I need to submit my documents by Feb 1st week. I am in US now and I will be coming back in November. I can submit my documents now with notorized copies or come to India get transcripts in University sealed envelopes and then submit it. My second option means, I will be loosing lot of time. My first AOR was already late by couple months and I dont want the process to be delayed.

Please share your thoughts.
