Its Very strange that there is no update this Tuesday except Garry.

i have a bad news....
my status changed 2 decision made after 1 week of in process.
igot 2 in process last week i.e 5th oct but 2day it got changed 2 decision made....
i knw its rejection.....
but y dey changed 2 in process last week.....

Really a sad news..........gary bro. wait for official letter..........reason ke according appeal ki ja sakti hai......may be its by mistake.

hi gary....... i am really shocked to see ur status................ now i am sure that nothing is certain until and unless u get VISA.................status changing into "decision made" after"in process "... is really disappointing..........

dear bnimisin thanks for the info. well my status is still rbvo and i guess it will remain the same till next tuesday now but however am eager to know about early feb candidates so that we know the progress. however garry and other rejections have shaked up a bit but lets see...

Hi Dr.sachin, m march end applicant whose file got transferred on 3rd feb...my status was changed on 6th of july....hope ur wait ends soon.....

where is tarak today?? no message n nothing, wazz up? watching Ind/Aus match??

hi, thanks for ur good wishes. well what we are seeingis one dull tuesdy followed by a fiery tuesday with lots of changes and then again a dull hope next one will be as fast and moving as the previous one
well u must be awaiting your passports . well all the best wishes for them and hope it comes fast.

@ garry , i am sorry for ur outcome , well you told a 2nd feb applicant . a friend of urs got a varification call can you please tell did his e cas changed this week .
i hope it will not be much trouble. and what are the possible reasons for your refusal. well we can try to understand them and then may be ask for some opinion frm a lawyer the next course of action

1 THING I DONT UNDERSTAND....
IF INDERAJ AND JAIRAM GOT STRAIGHT FORWARD DECISION MADE FROM RBVO
Y I WAS PUT IN PROCESS 4 1 WEEK.....
CONSULTANT TOLD ME DAT IN D PAST HE HAD RECD MEDICALS 4 DECISION MADE STATUS.....
I CANT SAY ANYTHING UNLESS AND UNTILL I GET SOME OFFICIAL LETTER FRM CHC....
MIGHT B DEY DIDNT AWARD ME 5 PTS FOR BLOOD RELATION....WHO KNOWS....

End to a very disappointing Tuesday. No updates.

The one that we had was not encouraging, I sincerely hope it was a technical glitch and Gary gets his meds soon. I will keep hope till he gets some communication from CHC

well garry iw as told that u have to submit a proof that ur relation is genuine . like my wifes aunt i showed but i dont think ill be awarded the points for that as could not elaborate on it . well may looose 5 points myself for that however hav 80 i am praying it wont make a difference , well in case your papers cannot show is there any chance to clarify to them or not . that has to be seen that if they have excluded that out then how can u repeal on that , or otherwise go to a fedral court as i believe if they have erred u should not suffer
@ ankit tes a very disappointing tuesday indeed . a negative result and i hoped atleast navt thomas and the first week should have sailed through

Do not feel disappointed, still there is hope untill you do not get formal communication from CHC, you cant say so surely that its rejection. So don't loose hope stay positive.

It is been more than 5 months now. i check my status frequently but there is no updation.

people who have applied with me they have got the response(many of them) but my case is still pending.

can u guys plz plz help me what shall i do.

its really been long waiting period for u ,this months is high time for u ...... u must see some updation this month or otherwise Order CAIPS........ for details................
one more point ....... chc nd is working based on file transfered date ( this is what we are assuming )........so first tell us ur transfered date from Nova Scotia to CHC ND.........

hi gurneet what i feel is that u should definetly write to the chc new delhi where u submitted the forms that u have not got ur second aor and may be it was lost in postal service they can definetely help u out
