If they doubt you ,they can call you for an interview,and that is even simpler COZ there you can impress/express your points verbally.My one firend was boss and he showed his wife as an employee in his firm(COMPUTER CENTER). They were called for interview and see now they are in CANADA.

COZ as I am a lecturer ,so I won't be there after 3 O'clock.
Hence I just want to clear that.

No problem, Don't worry,they will send u medical 4 sure, in maximum worst scenario u will be called for Interview, I have seen such case in this forum- in which employer was elder brother, CHC called that person too for interview (guy was Ramneek).

but have all registration nos, like service tax, ESI,PF,
I have Submitted original Balance certificate for MY Provident fund Account with PF office, ministry of labour,govt.of india to support my claim to be employee of the co.

after how much time i will receive any news?will they call tomorrow or will send person for physical verification?

We cannt predict the mood of CHC, if you are through then it might still take 15+ days to get MEDS,
But hopefully,there is no need to call you again.
Coz if they have to call you again,then he would have not called you twice today
.it's clear that no more TELP. verf in ur case.

I hope MEDS soon bt ur relation with the boss makes me feel u might be called for interview.

I NEVER THINK THEIR WILL BE ANY PHYSICAL ENQUIRY.
Relax a bit.

Be prepared for Meds/ Interview.

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum.
I sent in the complete list of documents on Mar 09. 2010 and got an AOR from CHC Delhi dated Mar 25.
My case status on the CIC website shows as "Received by Visa office" as of today.

Lets keep this thread alive and keep updating each other regularly.

As of today my e- status reflects "Received by visa office". Whats your time line like? When did u send in your docs?

@Forum members - Guys i sent in my docs on march 09, 2010 and my file was transferred to CHC New Delhi on Feb 24, 2010. My second AOR is dated March 25, 2010. Since then my case status has been " Received by visa office".

I have had to verification call at my employment or have had any request for further documents. I am happy for the forum members whose case status has changed to "in process". But, it concerns me regarding mine.

Seniors and my punjabi brothers koi rai davoo yaar.

I am also March-10 applicant with AEO. I got my status changed to "In Process" on 17th May-10 after VO Call comes at my Residence Telephone Number on 13th of May-10, as I got that call missed on my Mobile Number.

Guys will it make any difference if i have my Undergraduate credentials from the US. I have had multiple trips to the US as i was a student there. I have submitted the FBI Clarence report along with the State of California clearance report. Could this be a possible reason for the delay in my case.

dont say like this man, i live in US and i have my whole work experience from US itself from two different companies ..

i think verification from US is the most easy thing .. as we usually have SSN and they can just print the background record in a sec.
