What is wrong with ND CHC

I received V.Call Today from ND CHC.they have asked me about my job duties. and about relations with my boss.as i am working in company of my father in law.they asked me about my relationship with my boss and i told them in hesitation that he is not my father in law.they got this information from the form of my wife(same name on the visiting card of my boss and of my wife's father)

Than immediately they call on my boss's Cellphone and asked him about my relationship with him and he told that he(Myself) is my son in law as well my employee.

After that they call me again on my cell and told me that they had conversation with My boss and he(my boss/father in law)told them that "he(myself) is my son in law."

in last i accepted that my boss is my father in law. I confessed the mistake and told them that I said this because my friends had told me that your experience in the relatives co. will not be accepted.

I apologies to him(VO) and he told me in last that "No Problem, Its Fine,i will call you again if required"

I have submitted all strong documentary proof to prove my employment.

in this situation what are the chances of get through? as per my sense he didn't took this matter seriously. guide me, will they call me again?

does this matter? i mean is there any difference with them being indian or candaian
one more thing,,,,is it a regular process or they pick some special cases

Its not everbody who received calls .....it happend in some cases

In my case they checked my background about my Canada Visit specifically and I think one more confusion they had in their mind about my visa which I applied on behalf of different company but I am working in different company? So they called me to put my file into processing? But I think they have got all confusion cleared about my work experience as well as my Canada Visit, and hope now they would not give any call to me?

But I think you or your boss will definitely get enquiry call cum Background check of yours as you live in different state and working in different state? So be prepare?

Its not everbody who received calls .....it happend in some cases

I Request you all to be alert and study the details you provided in the forms and also rehearse the answering call.what you speak should comply with your docs.

I am caught sleeping on the issue of relations with my boss.(don't hesitate while answering)

all of you be very much clear with your details.Hunker,Ranjha,Prashant.,you may receive a call.

now its really very tense time for me until any news comes.

I had never imagined that they will find out such micro points.they study each case thoroughly.

he was Indian as he was speaking good Hindi.

No problem, Don't worry,they will send u medical 4 sure, in maximum worst scenario u will be called for Interview, I have seen such case in this forum- in which employer was elder brother, CHC called that person too for interview (guy was Ramneek).

I think he will checked your experience throughly? I really don't no how much company is big or your father law but VO would have some doubt in his mind that do you associate with that company or your are showing fictious job offer and taking points of it? But definitely they will dug out and reach to the crux why you tell a lie about your boss ralation?

But if you are really engaged with your father in law you need not to worry as you feel already sorry to them? May be your case get more delay in background check?

If they doubt you ,they can call you for an interview,and that is even simpler COZ there you can impress/express your points verbally.My one firend was boss and he showed his wife as an employee in his firm(COMPUTER CENTER). They were called for interview and see now they are in CANADA.

Dear could you tell me the time when did they call ?

COZ as I am a lecturer ,so I won't be there after 3 O'clock.
Hence I just want to clear that.
