FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN MARCH 2010

i heard from a canada based lawyer that CHC all over the world are giving the data to NOC and labour market that how many cases of each occupation list are pending with them so that the information can be added to the sample which is being taken for category change accordingly

and one more thing,,,immigration minister has said that refugee program for asylem will be speed up so CHC's are told to get the security verification for political asylum aspirants from their countries,,,

so basically they are not giving that much time to us as they were to previous lucky candidates and Bring Forward Dates for our cases are longer ??? ??? ??? ??? ???

Please Tell me - under which category of NOC I can File based on my Experience Stated below - NOC 0111 or NOC 1111

Currently working as Senior Financial Analyst since Dec 2009
Worked as Assistant Manager - Financial Analyst from June 2008 till Feb 2009
Worked as Assistant Manager - Financial Analysis from July 2007 to April 2008
Worked as Financial Analyst from May 2006 to July 2007
Worked as Financial Analyst from June 2003 to April 2006

Please help me as i am applying by Next Week

hi Anandh,

sorry for delay in response, apply under NOC 0111. Please make sure, you go through the duties mentioned in the NOC 0111 and accordingly get your CV modified. We do perform all this duties but putting in in technical term will not convince the Visa Officer, so try to put your job duties very simple matching to what they have mentioned in NOV 0111.

Also i had worked in 4 companies, prior to the current one. what documents do i need to attach as a proof, for those, where in i dont have releving letter?

FYI... I already hold a Canadian Business Visa, which is valid till 2011 January.


Also, Can you tell me Do i need to mention the NOC Category in the First Application

Yes/Perhaps/No: CHC can make a call to your employer to verify your details however not in all case, If Visa Officer is satisfied with your employement related documents then they dont make call. So, i would say, its not necessarry that they will make a call, but they can

Just write explanation that you just have their appointment letters and dont have experience letters, you can give reference of your colleagues from the same company that you worked for!!

Yes, Its utmost important that you mention your NOC at all stage of your application. They will not entertain your case if you dont specify in which NOC you are applying.

I already hold a Canadian Business Visa, which is valid till 2011 January.
This is great...however, i saw the cases, who have been to canada, CHC is taking some time to process their file after medicals.

Thanks for the Clarification;

Would the CHC will make a Verification Call to verify the employment details, irrespective of whether the Guy is having Canadian Business visa or not?

Also, could you please tell me in which Schedule (Application Form) i need to mention my NOC code

yeap, they have every right to make a call regardless of you are having business Visa.....again, its not necessarry that they will do it, all depends upon the circumstances and documents you have attached with your application

About mentioning NOC Code, write it right above the designation box in the application form. Also mention it in your employment history. No matter, if u need to write it 4 times or more, write NOC code all the time where u put your designation. For instance if your designation is Financial Analyst then write "Financial Analyst (NOC 0111) "

Please check if you are writing your surname correctly, don't put any middle names, just the surname.

Also check other details

Also sometimes the ECAS is not updated and it shows after some days only.

Just put your middle name or just put your ist or last name and or 2nd, middle and last name put to gether? Definitely you will get your status?
