yea ryt since u have been to states u cud think its not a big deal to get a job in Canada but here its about job offer man..... Wat CIC would think that have u got it thru a consultant or is it fake one coz u never been there to Canada..... Hope u know exactly wat AEO means... it means that a canadian employer could not feel the position from local and hence he is giving an offer to an international candidate..... now here the trick is.... CIC would think how did Canadian employer testify ur skill since u were never been to Canada..... Now a days there are many agencies in Canada who can provide u AEO using fake companies and some tricks and CIC is aware of this so, they may do proper verification.....

I am also in US .. never been to canada and got job there . My AEO was approved without an issue, but Hrdc did called my employer for general verification.
I dont think its a big deal getting a job in Canada esp. when you are in US.
