yea ryt since u have been to states u cud think its not a big deal to get a job in Canada but here its about job offer man..... Wat CIC would think that have u got it thru a consultant or is it fake one coz u never been there to Canada..... Hope u know exactly wat AEO means... it means that a canadian employer could not feel the position from local and hence he is giving an offer to an international candidate..... now here the trick is.... CIC would think how did Canadian employer testify ur skill since u were never been to Canada..... Now a days there are many agencies in Canada who can provide u AEO using fake companies and some tricks and CIC is aware of this so, they may do proper verification.....

I am not here to discourage u or to scare u..... its jus my knowledge here to share with u.....

I am also in US .. never been to canada and got job there . My AEO was approved without an issue, but Hrdc did called my employer for general verification.

I dont think its a big deal getting a job in Canada esp. when you are in US.

So you mean to say tht the time being taken in processing my documents without a change in status to "in process" is because of a possibility that the job offer is being verified by CIC New Delhi with my toronto based employer? \

I know this might be a possibility, let it be....CIC has every right to make sure if the offer is genuine.....but the status should at least reflect "in process"!

No, I mean CIO, Sydney would have done it already but, if they were failed then CHC, ND has right to do it....

If they have verified with you for your indian job then I think they wont do any further verification.... May be ur medical is on its way already... All the best

Good news all!!

My consultant WWICS called on Friday and told me that my requests for medicals and RPRF has been received, I should be getting the packet within this week in my hands.

Looks like the prayers have paid off...hope everything goes smoothly!

for all those who are waiting...I sincerely pray for an end to your excruciatingly painful waiting period...God bless you ..may you all get your requests fast and subsequently your visas!!

Add me also in this list, Full docs sent on 17th March, status not changed to in process yet.

I have few queries, docs verification starts when status changed to in process or they could do it in my current status as well.

And also advice, 2 AOR means my application meet 67 points or it this is also confirmed when status changed to in process.

don't worry, they might have started u r immigration process,
there were few cases whose status was received by visa office, but they received the medicals request
