Glad to find this website because I am on the same boat!
here's my timeline:
FWS 2 document received by CIO NS: Apr 06, 2010
First AOR received via e mail: June 14, 2010
Transfer applic to Buffalo: June 22, 2010
Full docs sent to CIC Buffalo: Aug 09, 2010
Docs received Buffalo VO: Aug 16, 2010
2nd AOR : ????

accdg to Buffalo website, it takes 20weeks from the time of complete application before they send 2nd AOR. so I email them after 20weeks lapses and responded "acknowledgement of receipt letters are sent to the applicant within 30 weeks of receipt." March 14 2011 is the 30th week grace period, up to now no news from them or even changes of my ecast status "received by VO"

I have almost the same time line as yours. On their website it says 20 weeks, but when I sent them an inquiry they answered it takes minimum 30 weeks to release the AOR; that is outrageous...

After long time, i see your post..

You still didn't received your File No from Buffalo...

Buffalo office is very very slow in world...

Anyway send one more case specific inquiry and make sure you give them file no from Nova Scotia..

I have sent many specific inquiries attaching the AOR from Nova Scotia, and the UPS tracking number of my full application. I have even sent an inquiry two days ago, and the answered me today that it takes minimum 30 weeks for AOR, and the word minimum was underlined and bold; so, I guess it's worthless...totally unprofessional and slow.

When did the 30 weeks become the minimum? 30 weeks corresponds to more than 7 months. Too slowly!!

I just spent one hour to correct the spreadsheet according to my backup that was disturbed by some online pest. Therefore, please everyone check your information in it.
Beside, I have closed the permission of editting the spreadsheet by anyone for its security and integrity. Therefore, Anyone, who want to join us, please post your information here. I will add your information into this spreadsheet as soon as possible.

Hi! my husband submitted our full docs last December 9, 2010 at Buffalo VO but until now we haven't received our second AOR , he is currently working in Edmonton Canada we started our application April 2009 submitted at Nova Scotia.

As per CIC website, the processing timelines (17 months for Buffalo) are given from the date of reciept of complete documents at the VO. Would it be possible for you to sort the info on spreadsheet in this order (column D). This will be helpful.

Hi, jeckay, It seems that there is a typo above? you said you started in Apr 2009 but you just submitted full docs to Buffalo til Dec 2010. I suppose it should be Apr 2010 for starting your app. Is that right?
