Hi all i applied fsw3 april 2010 sent full docs oct 2010 got 2 aor dec 2010 in progrss feb 2011 i will post full timeline details later this week

Glad to find this website because I am on the same boat!
here's my timeline:
FWS 2 document received by CIO NS: Apr 06, 2010
First AOR received via e mail: June 14, 2010
Transfer applic to Buffalo: June 22, 2010
Full docs sent to CIC Buffalo: Aug 09, 2010
Docs received Buffalo VO: Aug 16, 2010
2nd AOR : ????

accdg to Buffalo website, it takes 20weeks from the time of complete application before they send 2nd AOR. so I email them after 20weeks lapses and responded "acknowledgement of receipt letters are sent to the applicant within 30 weeks of receipt." March 14 2011 is the 30th week grace period, up to now no news from them or even changes of my ecast status "received by VO"

Yaa I did contact them but as you know there replies are never helpful. All the email me is they have received my documents but file havent been created yet please make a note that it may take up to 30 weeks ..

But as I can c . People sent their docs in September 2010 havent received nethng yet either so I will hav to first keep an eye on them

It seems that there is no regularity of processing order in Buffalo. Somebody only took about three months to get 2nd AoR. Awful!

Hope you could get your 2nd AoR soon.

We sincerely hope that with the implementation of GCMS, Buffalo cases should start moving smoothly. Buffalo VO was to go live in the second week of March 11 and we have seen on the forum that many cases have moved to "In Process" stage in the last two weeks.
