FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi Al_Safaniyah123,
All assessments are started after you pass the eligibility test at the VO. As soon as security and criminality checks are completed your file gets in queue for final review by IPM and you get Decision Made. WVO has a very small staff, hence the processing times can be pretty bad :-(

Hi Diplomatru,

In my GCMS notes eligibility has passed security initiated.still no MR.raised a query to CIC in October.. Since there wasn't any reply from Warsaw. They replied saying awaiting FBI reports for file to be further processed. So, could you please let me know what u think is going on with my file. ?????? How certain are you that after eligibility has passed only then MR is given??? My eligibility has passed since May '15. But my FBI PCC's just reached them only on the 31st Dec.

You cannot send your passports out of the country. So, if you are in India, you will send it to NDVO.

If you're in India, send to Delhi. If you're not in Delhi, use only VFS.

Its been long enough to even remember when the last PPR was issued

If eligibility is not passed, your application is rejected. If it meets Ministerial Instructions for FSW2014, your file is put into processing by VO and all assessments are initiated. When the file is complete, it's sent for final review by IPM. The actual timing of MR/RPRF can vary by VO. Singapore sends it when every other assessment is complete. Not sure about Warsaw, but this office is very small (18 people) and probably packed full with thousands of applications from last year.

There are some serious issues with Warsaw vo. Its not possible that they didn't find an eligible candidate during the past 2-3 weeks to issue PPR or MR. God knows what they are doing. I wonder if there is accountability for inaction on their part from the government.

Agree mate, CVO has issues PPR to applicants filed as on 23 Dec 2014, the last from Warsaw was app filed date 13 Dec 2014
