Hi Guys,

Still no luck....................God only knows when Warsaw Office Plans to Clear it's back log. I am sure with absolutely no processing of MR's and PPR's for so long and no movement what so ever, they would certainly have a respectable amount of pendencies at their end. Don't know what they are planning and whether they intend to issue any MR's or PRR's this year or not.

There is absolutely no update or any kind of information from WVO. Please, if someone from Warsaw Visa Office is listening, kindly provide some updates so that atleast one gets an idea as to how long one has to wait.

Hoping against hopes for a miracle to happen at the WVO.

All the very best to everyone for the never ending wait :(

WVO is busy with refugee applications most probably. I think we should stop expecting to hear from them before 31 Dec. Infact now it seems that we will only get some update after 10 Jan 2016.

I feel its really unprofessional on part of WVO not to reply to our CSE's.

Guys,

I have been a silent reader of this group. Just wanted to let you know that I got DM/PPR email today from Warsaw. Following is my timeline:

All the best to all the applicants waiting.

Congratulations.

That shows WVO is still working and people should still expect to hear from them contrary to what the last person posted on this thread.

Hi All,

While we all wait on the Lord to give us the news we all been waiting to hear, let’s keep up the hope and pray unceasingly.

I have a question and wanted to get it clarified with experts on this forum.

We(me(primary applicant), wife and 2 kids) have applied together, am planning to land first, settle down and then bring IN my family. Please can you let me know this arrangement is fine OR should all of us need to land together?

Thanks and Regards,

Absolutely fine as long as ur Wife and kids land in Canada before expiry of Visa.

most important thing, if you are planning to come back to bring them to Canada, you should have got you PR card in hand otherwise it will be issues for you to get back and it takes atleast 3 months for them to deliver your PR card.

So plan accordingly.

Hey thanks Rohan for your feedback, They say its 10 months from the medicals that we need to land incountry, is this not true? Please can you provide a reference on the cic website where they say that its before the visa expiry date?
My family will be travelling alone while I remain in Canada, thinking to take a tourist visa for my mom so that she can accompany them, is this possible?

Thanks and Regards,

Hi All,

You must land before your meds expire or before your current passport expires, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. There is no "10 month rule".

Yes, I guess. Your mom can accompany on a tourist visa but I am not aware of the process.

Thanks Rajkamal, sorry, but one last question, meds expire in 12 months is it?

Thanks and Regards,
