FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi All,

Good things do happen and I have a feeling many of us with be rewarded with MR's & PPR's this week for our patience & perseverance.

God is great and he never disappoints.

Fingers crossed.

I hope Canada opens eyes to the refugee immigration from Syria after France attacks. Some terrorists involved in the attacks are linked to Syrian refugee camps in Belgium.

Warsaw is in an absolute limbo!! Even extension request to submit my Fbi PCC is not being replied to... What can one do in such a situation.. Assume the extension has been granted or what???? The last dat to submit was 10th Nov..I emailed them twice.. On the 2nd and the 5th of November requesting an extension...But no acknowkedgement whatsoever!!!!

My application was also delayed because of my wife's FBI clearance from US. We also requested for extension twice from CIC and it was granted for 60 days and then subsequently 30 days. This FBI clearance process now takes 3-4 months in entirety. As long as you have email proof to CIC then without a doubt they will grant u extension as they know the clearance takes time from US.

I submitted my wife's FBI on September 10th as that was the last document submitted from our end after medicals were sent to CIC in the last week of June.

Stay focused and motivated. U will get there!

No question Winters in Canada are very cold. But the heating system in Canada is equally effective. Overall experience of winters in Canada is not different from the winters in north India. Moreover landing in winters has its own advantages too. You get ample time to get accustomed of the systems there. The public transportation, general laws, your locality. In other words you learn the first "ABC" of Canada. These will really help when jobs will open post March. You have that extra edge.
If I get my visa today, I ll also prefer moving by the mid of December.

Thats exactly what I feel But I would prefer mid feb to land if everything goes well.

IT has been 97 days for my Medicals upload, Still no PPR,Sent 2csq and 2 mails still no reply from WVO.
seems some wvo applicants are in big Limbo, which leads to frustration and anger in this immigration process. Losing hope day by day :-\ :-\ :-\ :-\

Do not loose hope, lets all keep each others in our prayers.

Hi Everyone,

Another week has started and brought hope for everyone waiting for their MRs and PPR's. Really don't know what's going on with the Warsaw Office, but surely hope they get their act together soon. A lot of planning , prayers and dreams are all on hold. It is very difficult to wait without knowing how long the wait will be. Let's just hope it all ends well. May we all be rewarded for our patience and may all our prayers be answered soon.

Would request everyone to be regular on this forum and update everyone abt any movement at anyone's end.

Good gesture. Let me confess that I do not usually check my application status on CIC website these days. But as soon as I read someone on the blog received DM/PPR, I immediately check mine also.
It is high time now that some Warsaw applicant has received his final status. Let us pray for every one on this forum for the dream we all are living for now.
And sharing keeps those hopes alive... All the best everybody...

Thank you hopeful immigrant.. For your suggestions...Just a query did you get in writing of the extension?? Since am the PA. I got 90 days to submit my 3 pcc's. The 90 days ended on the 10th of Nov.. But still I havent received any extension in writing from WVO.

We are sailing in the same boat, Medicals done in June, FBI clearances sent in September. Waiting since then. Hoping that this wait gets over soon.

Opposite to this obvious global threat, the new PM re-asserted his government’s determination to bring 25,000 Syrian refugees to Canada in the next six weeks; moreover this process will be finalized till December 2015 [size=10pt]without first doing security checks[/size] because they will spend these 6 weeks only for identification and physical transportation. As the officials say the security checks will be carried out after they arrive in Canada.

Yes Quina. Both times we got the extension in writing from CIC warsaw office.

Still no luck....................God only knows when Warsaw Office Plans to Clear it's back log. I am sure with absolutely no processing of MR's and PPR's for so long and no movement what so ever, they would certainly have a respectable amount of pendencies at their end. Don't know what they are planning and whether they intend to issue any MR's or PRR's this year or not.

There is absolutely no update or any kind of information from WVO. Please, if someone from Warsaw Visa Office is listening, kindly provide some updates so that atleast one gets an idea as to how long one has to wait.

Hoping against hopes for a miracle to happen at the WVO.

As per the latest news, Canada is determined to process 25,000 syrian refugees by this year end and at the same time other refugee immigration process will be going on.

Hence may be all VISA office staff is busy in that process...
