Hi Bro..congrats on the double whammy!

I guess it now boils down to the city and weather you want to be in... Melbourne & Vancouver I think are great options..maybe Melbourne has a small edge! All the best, and may the best city win you over!

Regards,

If you have friends/family in Canada/United States, then it would be wise to move there ; The same applies to Australia.

But ask yourself, which country will fit me better? Canada or Australia? You can compare your job prospects in both countries. If you have plans of getting a higher degree sometime in the future, I suggest you go to Canada (There are good Universities and you might also want to consider higher education in the United States). If you say, "Hell yea, I love the cold and I love the snow even more", go to Canada; or go to Australia if you think otherwise. It all depends on what you want :) . You have to decide.

Please let us know when you decide :).

Either way, you are moving to a new land full of opportunities and bliss :) . I wish you all the very best! Good luck! :)

Friends, this forum has been helpful like a family. But there are many applicants who vanish after they get ppr or visa.

But this should not be the end of it. Even in Canada, we can be helpful to each other in many ways. For example, getting accommodation, employment or helping out with other things.

So, I have created FB page for us. You just have to write ndvotowvo after home page address of fb.

I hope this will help us in making our experience better.

Bluestone you are absolutely right.

We will require each other more once we land in Canada.

There are 2 separate threads ( 1 by yours truly and 1 by v_i_r_u_s) started for settlers in Vancouver.

Good thought and we should take it forward.

+1 for this.

Hello,

Anyone sent CSE to Warsaw, Please reply.

I have raised a CSE and in how many days i will get reply ?

It depends on the content of query.

If your query contains something which required immediate attention, like updation of contact detail, wvo will send reply very soon. In my case wvo had replied in 4 days.

If your CSE is containing inquiry about status of your application etc., they may send a pre-drafted reply. They may not reply at all.

In my case wvo never replied to my cse inquiring about status of application.

Chances of rejection after medicals are near to nil provided your documents were proper and there was no serious concern in the medical report.

If you already have got tlu, medicals are also clear.

I can understand how it feels when everyone gets ppr/dm and you have to wait and check file status every day. But have faith in God dear. Your turn will come and your will soon see status update.
