Your PR visa is valid till the date of expiry of your passport or the expiry date of your medicals, WHICHEVER COMES FIRST. So, I guess you have to land before your current passport expires.

That's fine, but for travelling,our passport should be valid for 6 months,right? but if I travel in May,my passport will be valid for hardly 2 months.So they might not let me board.

I too submitted my PP to VFS Mumbai today morning and I am getting the same error like you.

So, may be it will get activated in a day or too

I hope so any way will check it on Wednesday. I walked in and gave my passport, ppr email and photo and told that I have to submit my pp or canadian PR purpose. Not even told them where to send it. Hope they send it to New Delhi or else I am on big trouble.

Do not worry.

The PPR mail document you gave them Contains destination name and they deal with passports on daily basis. So just wait for visa and COPR...!!

hello everyone,

Following is my timeline ;

Noc - 0112
App submitted - 24 oct 2014
Visa office - Warsaw
per - 22th jan 2015
SLU - process started 9th april 2015
medical request- 13th april 2015
Medical done - 24th april 2015
Tlu - 1st week of May 2015
Interview - waived by gods grace
Dm - still waiting
PPR - Waiting

My question is whats the maximum time it can take after tlu update to have DM or PPR, as i have completed nearly 3 months from TLU.
Please provide your opinion.
Note - I have 3 PCC that are submitted with RPRF (india, qatar, uk)
