I have submitted my passport at VFS Chennai today. I checked my tracking id it say no report found. When will I able to track it. Is this normal ?? Pls help

If you have opted and paid for SMS services i.e., Rs.49 per passport, then you will get message.

Your Tracking ID should be active within 24 hours, I guess.

I m new here, Verification by vo's will be done before our MR or before our PPR ? Anyobe noticed any enquiry on their applications ? Me didnt noticed till date. But newdelhi vo is doing some verification call and all, warsaw vo is not doing anything i think. But still they make very delay ib giving PPR, why it is like this, Jesus knows

Friends, this forum has been helpful like a family. But there are many applicants who vanish after they get ppr or visa.

But this should not be the end of it. Even in Canada, we can be helpful to each other in many ways. For example, getting accommodation, employment or helping out with other things.

So, I have created FB page for us. You just have to write ndvotowvo after home page address of fb.

I hope this will help us in making our experience better.

I can see almost all of us waiting for DM/PPR are of june month TLU, means my turn is not far, PPR come soon.....................

All of us are in the same boat.

Mine MR is 29th May, Med 3rd June, TLP 10th June

15Th August will be 1 Year since i sent my application to CIC...Medicals requested on 26 May 2015.

Now it seems that they have lost my file, and i have lost hopes...

Hello everyone,

Just for the benefit of those who are yet to get PPR or are yet to submit their Passports to VFS, I will explain the process which I completed today -

I visited VFS - Mumbai office today. You can walk-in during the prescribed hours from Monday to Friday. We had carried the following:

1. Our original passports
2. Photos as per the instructions. Though our photographs had address and date handwritten by our photographer, we gave them the photo cover (envelope) too
3. Print out of the PPR email with the form duly filled out

The whole process was over in exactly 20 mins. We had to pay Rs. 579 per person. They have given us an acknowledgement reciept which has our tracking number. They asked me if I would like to collect my passport or have it delivered. I preferred to collect it myself, as I and my spouse are working and there would be no one to collect it. In fact, since I am planning to go out of town for a few weeks, they informed that I can authorize my parents or a friend to collect it provided they have an authorization letter from me and my spouse.

So, overall my experience was very good. Their staff was very professional and helpful.
